1. Crushing ratio

The crushing ratio is the ratio of the particle size of the imported material to the crushed product. The larger the ratio, the larger the crushing ratio, and vice versa. The crushing ratio is larger and the content of flakes increases. Moreover, this rule is not only applicable to jaw crushers, but also to cone crushers. It has nothing to do with the type of crusher, but if the crushing ratio is too small, the output of the entire system will decrease. , The amount of internal circulation increases, the wear of the crusher increases, the economy is poor, and the production efficiency is low. Therefore, in the entire production process, it is very important to select the appropriate crushing ratio.

2. Feed size

When the feed particle size is reduced from 100mm to 50mm, the content of the pin flakes in the product will drop by 38%.

3. Cycle load

In a closed-circuit production process, if the discharge port is enlarged and the load in the cycle is increased, the shape of the stone particles will become better. During the whole process, due to the increase of the cycle load, the wear of the equipment in the system will increase. After the opening is increased, the load of the main crushing motor can be reduced, and the product material will be better deformed.

4. Open and closed loop

In the two-stage crushing process, there is a separate cycle and a closed-circuit cycle. The former is called sieving first and then crushing, and the latter is called crushing and then sieving. First sieving and then crushing means that the material after the first crushing is passed through the product After sieving, it enters the secondary crushing feed inlet for crushing, so that the output of the product material increases, and the content of needle flakes also increases. Crushing first and then sieving means that all the first-level crushed materials enter the feed port of the second-level crusher, and then enter the product sieve for screening after re-crushing. The entire system is a closed system, no crushed materials are discarded, and the circulating load is relatively large. But the product shape is good.
